Update on Covid-19 from owner Katie Romeo

March 18, 2020

Update on Covid-19 23, May 2020.

We want to make sure that all of our customers and staff are safe in these present times. We have been following the COVID-19 situation closely. As of writing this, we are not under governance to close our facility and we have not had any cases of COVID-19 with any of our customers or employees. The CDC guidance continues that pools and hot tubs are safe at this time, this information can be found on the CDC website.

The changes Katie's Kickers is implementing starting today March 18, 2020:

All group lessons will be suspended with collectively more than 4 children as of today, March 18th at 12 pm until at least March 30th.

We will continue private and semi-private programming, please email katieskickers@gmail.com if you’re interested in moving to private programming or if you’re in a small group course and would like to modify it at this time.

We will be rearranging the schedule so that families with multiple children swim at the same time and we limit the number of families present.

Katie's Kickers will be updating our website as well as our Facebook and Instagram with updates about our COVID-19 procedures. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at katieskickers@gmail.com or fill in our contact form here. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy!

May is one of our favorite months at Katie’s Kickers. The sun is staying out longer, the air is warming up, and we are officially moving back to our outdoor heated pool! But May also carries a very important title: National Water Safety Month.

As we move into September, it’s the perfect time for young swimmers to set new goals and build on the skills they’ve learned over the summer. At Katie’s Kickers, every lesson is an opportunity for children to gain confidence, improve technique, and develop a lifelong love of swimming.
