1:1 attention with your child
Our Toddler Private Classes are the perfect first step for little swimmers who are ready to begin their independent swim journey! Designed for children ages 2 and up to age 3 who can be in the water without a parent, these 15-minute, one-on-one sessions introduce basic water safety and beginner swim skills in a fun and supportive environment.
At Katie’s Kickers, we know toddlers are learning everything at once—confidence, coordination, listening skills, and how to be comfortable in the water. That’s why our lessons are thoughtfully designed to match their attention spans, emotions, and energy levels. Whether your child is excited, unsure, or somewhere in between, we meet them where they are and make learning feel like play.
These private lessons help build the foundation needed before joining small group classes for swimmers age 3+.
We also understand that this is a big new experience for many toddlers. It’s completely normal for little ones to express their feelings—sometimes loudly! To help your child settle in and focus on their instructor, we may recommend that parents watch from a distance or outside of their child’s direct view. This often helps reduce distractions and supports a smoother transition into independent lessons.
Every child adjusts at their own pace. If you feel your swimmer may need a little more time before starting, that’s absolutely okay—we’re here when you’re ready!

Payment and Registration
Payments and Registration will go through JackRabbit our online swim software. We’re happy to offer families a 3.5% savings when choosing to pay by cash, check, or ACH bank transfer. A valid credit card is still required to be kept on file for all accounts.
If you plan to pay by cash, check, or ACH, we kindly ask that payment is received by the payment deadline to receive the discount. Your payment deadline will be shared with you by email once we receive your class registration. If payment has not been received by that time, the card on file will be charged for the full amount.
Families may register through week 3 of a session, and tuition will be prorated accordingly.
An annual registration fee of $35 per child or $70 per family is applied at initial enrollment and again at the start of your first session each calendar year.
